Job summary

The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry seeks an experienced program administrator to lead OSSEP activities for medical student education, enrichment, research, and international experiences. You will manage budgets, student records, data, and reports, coordinating programs such as Outreach Volunteer, Year Out/Summer Research, and International Education Exchange.

You will serve as a primary liaison to faculty, students, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Administers OSSEP programs and provides administrative support to four Program Directors, coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Manages budgets, confidential student and program data, and reporting for compliance and planning.
• Coordinates Outreach Volunteer, Year Out/Summer Research, and International Education Exchange programs, including stakeholder liaison.
