The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative culture that is focused on medical student education and continuous learning. With minimal direction and general guidance from the from the Director, Offices for Medical Student Education (OME), works independently within the University strategic framework to coordinate SMD MD student events, and perform confidential, complex administrative tasks. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, independent judgment, time management and exceptional communication skills.
This role is multi-project oriented, often with inflexible deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure on one or more projects simultaneous are necessary. Quality, accuracy, reliability and consistency are essential.
As a trusted partner in OME, this position has access to privileged information and must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters. Interacting with state and medical licensing boards, Deans, faculty, medical students, graduates, and staff. Working in a variety of URMC systems in support of medical student access and security.
Other duties as assigned
