University of Maryland School of Medicine seeks an academic palliative medicine physician to join an expanding interdisciplinary program at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized accredited domestic university (or foreign equivalent).
• Board certified/eligible in Palliative Medicine.
• Strong foundation in internal medicine, teaching and research or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient palliative medicine consultations.
• Provide ambulatory palliative care.
• Lead GIP hospice program as Medical Director or blended role across settings.
