• MD or DO degree with plastic surgery residency training.
• Board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery.
• Eligible for New York medical licensure; holds or can obtain NY license.
• DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Breast microsurgery
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction
• General reconstruction
• Provider will be obligated to take hand on-call
