Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time, academic fellowship-trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The role includes involvement with residency education, medical student teaching, and research opportunities within a leading academic center in New York.

The candidate should have an MD/DO and completed plastic surgery residency, with board eligibility or certification, and NY licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Completed Plastic Surgery residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Plastic Surgery.
• NYS licensure or ability to obtain license in NY.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties in microsurgery (breast, head/neck, lower extremity, general reconstruction).
• Hand-on-call coverage obligation.
• Engage in teaching and research within plastic surgery division.
