Albany Medical Center in New York seeks a full-time academic fellowship-trained microsurgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The successful candidate will participate in resident and medical student education, research, and clinical care within a leading academic environment.

Requirements include MD or DO, completed plastic surgery residency, board eligibility/certification, NY licensure, and DEA certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with plastic surgery training and board eligibility.
• License to practice in New York State or the ability to obtain one.
• Board eligible/certified in plastic surgery and DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Clinical breast microsurgery and general reconstruction.
• Head and neck microvascular and general reconstruction.
• Lower extremity microvascular and general reconstruction.
• General reconstruction with on-call duties.
• Contribute to teaching and academic activities within residency.
