Job summary

Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, LLC seeks an Academic Lead to act as the day-to-day academic leader on campus, partnering with the Campus Director to ensure instructional excellence and consistent standards across programs and shifts.

The role emphasizes educator development, curriculum execution, student engagement, attendance and licensure readiness, and a positive classroom culture, with hands-on coaching and ongoing performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Active program-appropriate license is required.
• Prior educator experience is preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Coach educators on classroom management, student engagement, lesson pacing, and instructional effectiveness.
• Support new educator onboarding, training, and early-stage development.
• Assist the Campus Director with educator performance assessments, force rankings, and development plans.
• Reinforce academic standards, professionalism, and consistency across all programs and shifts.
• Collaborate with the Campus Director on SSA duties and compliance with accreditation standards.
