Key Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with prospective students through phone, email, and social media
• Conduct interviews to understand students' goals and recommend appropriate programs
• Provide detailed information on admissions processes, program offerings, and financial aid options
• Assist students with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with admission requirements
• Manage prospective student records and track progress through the admissions funnel
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and other departments to facilitate student support
• Participate in outreach activities, including recruitment events and community partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local high schools and community organizations

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admissions-related roles preferred
• Knowledge of or interest in the beauty industry is a plus
