Job summary

Penn State University’s College of the Liberal Arts seeks a highly organized Academic Integrity Program Coordinator to support integrity operations and assist the Director. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of organization, professionalism, and discretion.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with core Microsoft 365 applications, preferably Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint (or similar software).
• Ability to build trust and sustain mutually respectful relationships across campus constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Academic Integrity, including scheduling and drafting correspondence.
• Systematically manage academic integrity claims, ensure documentation is collected and tracked.
• Support AIC by scheduling meetings and organizing case files.
• Submit completed files from AIC to Penn State's Office of Student Accountability and Conflict Response.
• Prepare written claim summaries and present case updates during meetings.
• Represent the College in the University Academic Integrity Leadership Community.
• Plan and participate in academic integrity programming and events.
