Responsibilities

Oversee all faculty lifecycle processes—from recruitment through separation—ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
Process academic personnel HR actions in Workday following payroll and institutional timelines.
Conduct quality reviews of appointment packets and promotion files for completeness and compliance.
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new faculty, including credentialing workflows and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with Integrated Resources and institutional partners on policy implementation and process improvements.
Develop and refine workflows; create and maintain process documentation.
