This position will be part of the Dean’s Office analyst team but serve as the primary resource and administrator for all academic personnel actions pertaining to members of the Academic Senate or Academic Federation, collective bargaining units, visiting titles, and miscellaneous titles for an assigned group of departments within the School of Medicine. The incumbent will serve as the local AP expert, conducting in-depth research on complex issues and problematic cases, and recommend solutions. They will work collaboratively with faculty and department staff to develop, monitor, and submit complete and timely faculty packets for new academic appointments and faculty advancements, including merits, promotions, appraisals, five-year reviews, and deferrals.
