Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3 years of business experience in Sales/Marketing.
• Experience with customer selling and interactions required.
• Experience with KOLs, residents, and fellows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an enduring KOL influencer map for prioritized Academic Health Systems.
• Lead and align with AHS KOL Engagement peer and Senior Manager to ensure coordinated actions.
• Build and activate a large network of KOLs across priority AHS.
• Develop customized account plans with cross‑functional partners to drive growth.
• Collaborate to deploy resources in priority Academic Health Systems for competitive conversions.
• Provide real time KOL insights to the AHS core team and drive results with a fail-fast mentality.
