J&J is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Conversion Initiatives. This is a field based role covering FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, VA, AL, AK, LA, KY, & MS.
Purpose: This role is part of the Key Account Management team reporting into the Director, Customer Success & Conversion Initiatives. This position is accountable for developing strategy and implementing large growth initiatives with National GPO and IDN customers. The strategies would typically be focused on executing full account conversions, implementing GPO strategies within large IDN’s and finding opportunities to work with customers to optimize their relationship with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery. As a key partner for customers, this role will also develop and implement tools like Sourceview and the Conversion Toolkit while anticipating and responding to customer needs.
Customer Focus / Field Engagement: Approximately 60-70% of this role’s time will be dedicated to customer- and field-facing activities, including engagement with National GPO and IDN customers, collaboration with KAM and sales management on large growth opportunities, support of full account conversions, VOC capture, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout implementation. The remaining 30–40% will focus on internal strategy development, team leadership, analytics, cross‑functional alignment, opportunity funnel management, and operational execution.
