Job summary

Albany Medical College's Division of Endocrinology is recruiting an Academic Endocrinologist at the Assistant/ Associate Professor level to deliver clinical care and educate students, residents and fellows.

The role includes opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary conferences, utilize ultrasound for thyroid evaluation and FNAs, and collaborate in a strong diabetes education team, within a collegial, multidisciplinary research-focused environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with board certification/board eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Strong commitment to education and teaching.
• Must be prepared to work in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences (thyroid, pituitary, pathology).
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Provide clinical care to endocrinology patients at a tertiary referral center.
