Job summary

Albany Medical College is seeking an Academic Endocrinologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The role includes active clinical care and education for students, residents, and fellows.

You will participate in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences, work with a strong diabetes education team, utilize thyroid ultrasonography and FNAs, and contribute to a collegial, multidisciplinary environment focused on patient care and research.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Strong commitment to education and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences (thyroid, pituitary, pathology).
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Provide clinical care and education in endocrinology.
• Collaborate with a diabetes education team.
• Use thyroid ultrasonography and FNA for procedures.
