Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and/or 3 years of full-time higher education teaching with leadership components.
• Evidence of a strong commitment to diversity among students and staff.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary academic leadership for curriculum, hiring, and staff training.
• Collaborate with VP of Academic and Student Affairs and division deans on program development.
• Engage with accrediting bodies and external stakeholders.
• Support campus culture of equity and inclusion across multiple sites.
• Contribute to college-wide committees and governance initiatives.
