Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate the Academic Coaching program through its lifecycle.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise undergraduate peer coaches.
• Develop training for coaches and facilitate professional development.
• Monitor performance, maintain scheduling and communication systems.
