Required a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts or related field and two years’ higher education experience, with FERPA knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom. In-person work and occasional virtual sessions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in liberal arts, counseling or related field.
• Two years of professional workplace experience in higher education or related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of FERPA regulations and their application.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to undergraduate students, in-person or virtual.
• Help students develop academic plans and connect to campus resources.
• Maintain advising records in compliance with College policies and FERPA.
