The BYU Marriott School of Business Undergraduate Advisement Center is seeking a compassionate and student-centered Academic Advisor to support prospective business students in academic planning, major exploration, and career preparation. This role provides individualized, evidence-based advisement that empowers students to make informed decisions, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic and professional goals. Advisors also contribute to student success through proactive outreach, academic improvement planning, and data-informed interventions while exemplifying the BYU Marriott Vision, Mission, and Values and the BYU AIMS. This is an on-site, 28-hour-per-week position.
