The Advisor works with faculty, deans, and campus partners to guide curriculum planning, policy navigation, and goal attainment, grounding support in cura personalis and Jesuit tradition.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in a higher education setting; Master’s in Higher Education, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience supervising diverse teams; strong data management with Banner, Cognos, and Salesforce.
• Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.

Aufgaben

• Advise on curriculum planning and academic policies for undergrad/grad students.
• Foster students' academic and personal growth within the Jesuit tradition.
• Interface with Registrar, Joint Office of Graduate Studies, and Office of Global Education.
• Support study abroad, internships, graduate school admissions, and career planning.
