Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in a higher education setting.
• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience supervising diverse teams preferred.
• Familiarity with Banner, Cognos, and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, student-centered advising to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Guide curriculum planning, policy interpretation, and degree progression.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Graduate Studies, and global education offices.
• Support study abroad, internships, graduate school admissions, and career counseling.
