Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years’ experience advising students in higher education.
• Preferred: three years of advising experience.
• Familiarity with NACADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising for students and assist with course selection and registration.
• Support retention by monitoring progress and offering interventions.
• Lead orientation sessions and participate in recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with departments to align transfer coursework and degree planning.
