You will help students navigate registration, degree requirements, and major/minor options while promoting retention and timely graduation.

The role includes delivering retention programs, collaborating with campus resources, and supporting new staff within the advising team. Bachelor’s degree and advising experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of advising or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of NACADA core values and academic advising standards.
• Ability to multi-task and work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Advises students on academic goals, program planning, and course selection.
• Delivers student success and retention initiatives through outreach and programming.
• Participates in training and development to enhance advising practices.
