Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required with related experience.
• Experience leading students in development of goals and purpose.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Advising for course selection, academic planning, and retention.
• Lead and mentor junior advisors; develop advising strategies.
• Utilize data to improve student success and retention; maintain confidentiality.
