Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with at-risk populations or probation students.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with student information systems Navigate, Banner, DegreeWorks, and Argos.

Responsibilities

• Provide scholastic direction and advice to students.
• Maintain caseload and monitor student progress.
• Refer students to university resources for time management and study skills.
• Support program events and orientations to advance the Academic Coaching Program.
• Maintain records and manage student progress reports.
