The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field and has 1 year of advising experience, with familiarity in Banner, Navigate, and DegreeWorks. This is a full-time position in the University College setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field.
• At least 1 year of advising or related academic experience.
• Experience with Banner, Navigate and DegreeWorks is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advise students on academic plans, progress, schedules, and major choices to support graduation goals.
• Assist students with career planning and educational goal setting.
• Coordinate with departments and use university systems to monitor progress and records.
