Serves as a student advisor, works collaboratively with faculty in respective academic departments, facilitates summer advising and registration, monitors students’ academic progress and academic standing, assists students with meeting degree requirements, manages caseloads, and provides additional assistance to students.

Required: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
Required: 1 to 3 years of experience working in higher education, with students in an academic setting. Two years of direct academic advising or extensive experience in counseling, group work assessment, and administration of academic programs (e.g., admissions, registrar, career services, orientation).
Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience.
Required: Student-centered advising philosophy based on holistic and developmental advising theories. Attention to detail, documentation, and curricular proficiency. Commitment to holistic and developmental advising theories.
