Job summary

Full Sail University seeks a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and continuing education for the Academic Advising team. You will translate departmental processes, policies, and best practices into practical training resources.

You will coordinate education programs, track quality and performance, mentor advisors, and collaborate with other departments to support student success in a fast-paced, immersive university environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in training, academic advising, or student services in higher education.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, BI tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate onboarding and continuing education for Academic Advising.
• Create and deliver training on processes, systems, policies, and best practices.
• Coordinate continuing education, schedules, tracking, and resources.
• Deliver training on new skills and policy updates to staff.
• Review calls and documentation for quality assurance and training opportunities.
• Generate reports on training trends and performance.
• Mentor Academic Advisors and promote student development standards.
