Qualifications

• Experience in a higher education institution with a large student population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the university’s academic mission with integrity, professionalism, and a student-first approach.
• Perform on-campus duties in Winter Park, Florida, with possible nights and weekends.
• Maintain understanding of academic programs, policies, and student success strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to academic advisors through regular coaching and development.
• Manage team workflow to exceed performance metrics.
• Ensure advisor availability and responsiveness to student needs.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of advising staff.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Analyze and present data-driven reports on student engagement and advising effectiveness.
