Job summary

PlanSource is seeking a Customer Support Associate to deliver Tier 2 ACA product support and configuration. You will assist brokers and employers, troubleshoot enrollment and data issues, and collaborate with Client Support, Account Managers and Implementations.

Ideal candidates bring ACA-related experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. This role supports peak enrollment periods and may involve remote work for approved cities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
• Strong math, problem solving and data entry ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized with strong prioritization skills
• Willingness to work outside normal hours during peak periods
• Familiarity with ACA, enrollment processing or HR/benefits platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 ACA product support and resolve client issues
• Configure and troubleshoot enrollment, eligibility and data tasks
• Train clients and participate in rollout discussions with teams
• Document tickets and coordinate with Account Managers and Implementations
• Maintain data integrity and support audit readiness
