Job summary
HealthSherpa is seeking individuals for a seasonal contract as part of the Agent Support team. This fully remote role requires reliable internet and a Florida/Ohio/Tennessee/Texas/Utah/Virginia residency, with a potential extension if Open Enrollment is extended.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- A dedicated remote workspace with room for a desktop monitor and other provided equipment.
- Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Spend your day in a queue taking calls from insurance agents across the country.
- Learn about the ACA enrollment process to help agents enroll their clients in insurance coverage.
- Help agents troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications and referrals.
- Follow support protocols while providing thoughtful service, balancing efficiency and empathy on every call.
- Support with other related tasks as needed.
