Methodist Home for Children Inc. in Kinston, NC is seeking an AC-Youth Care Worker for the Eastern JCAC location. This full-time role offers $15.00 to $18.00 hourly, with night shifts from 7p to 7a.

You will engage youth aged 10–17 in daily activities, support assessments, and model positive behavior in a safe, structured environment. Requirements: 21+, High School Diploma or GED, valid NC driver’s license, and ability to work 12-hour shifts. Benefits accrue after 90 days.

At Methodist Home for Children, you’ll do more than provide care. You’ll help guide youth toward stability, growth, and hope. Our Juvenile Crisis and Assessment Center, operated in partnership with the NC Department of Public Safety, serves youth ages 10–17 who need a safe, structured environment and a chance to reset.

What You’ll Do:
As a Youth Care Staff member, you’ll be the heart of our program, engaging youth in daily routines, supporting assessment activities, and modeling positive behavior. You’ll help create a safe, encouraging space where youth can learn and thrive.

Requirements:
