Methodist Home for Children in Butner, NC is seeking a dedicated Youth Care Worker for overnight shifts (7p–7a) on 12-hour schedules in the JCAC program. The role focuses on guiding at-risk youth ages 10–17 through structured activities and supportive supervision to promote safety and positive outcomes.

Candidates should be 21+, hold a High School diploma or GED, have a valid NC driver’s license, be able to pass background checks and training, and be ready to advance within the organization;
