Methodist Home for Children is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to support the Insight Juvenile Assessment & Crisis Center in Butner, NC. The role is approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule, focusing on medical consultation and youth health needs.

The RN will conduct rapid assessments, oversee medications, and coordinate care with staff and community providers. A NC RN license and a nursing degree are required, with driving capability a must.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position works approximately 10 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule. The RN serves a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of youth admitted to the Assessment Center while providing medical consultation and support to program staff.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct physical assessments for youth within 24 hours of admission.

• Oversee medication administration practices and record-keeping protocols.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Associate Degree in Nursing and at least two (2) years of nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
