Methodist Home for Children in Asheville, NC is hiring a Youth Care Worker for our Assessment Center. The role focuses on mentoring youth aged 10–17 during their temporary stay and guiding daily routines and activities.

The position is full-time with shift options (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) and a pay range of $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and education. Comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or higher required.
• Background check and training required.
• Valid NC driver’s license.
