Societe Generale is hiring an Investment Banking Associate in ABS, based in New York. The role focuses on origination, structuring, credit and cash flow analysis, and deal execution across public and private securitization markets.

You will prepare client pitches, manage due diligence, and interact with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Intex/Bloomberg skills, and an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or engineering.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, Accounting, Science or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Intex and Bloomberg.
• Experience in investment banking or securitization environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and structuring efforts.
• Prepare client pitches and marketing materials.
• Perform credit and cash flow analysis and prepare internal approval requests.
• Execute deals in private and public securitization markets.
• Conduct due diligence and client onboarding.
• Support portfolio and performance reporting.
