Job summary

Societe Generale seeks a Senior Financing Specialist (SG Americas Securities, LLC, New York, NY) to lead analytical work for asset-backed securitization across trade receivables and consumer and commercial assets. You will develop frameworks, perform quantitative analyses, and support internal credits, ratings, and investor discussions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 4+ years in origination and structuring asset-backed transactions, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field with 4+ years in securitization/origination.
Experience in asset-backed and securitization financing across trade receivables, consumer and commercial assets.
Ability to perform quantitative analyses and financial modeling for approvals and decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical frameworks for asset-backed and securitization transactions.
Perform quantitative analyses to support origination, structuring, and risk assessment.
Model portfolio data, run stress tests, and evaluate financing structures for stakeholders.
Prepare diligence reports and communicate findings to rating agencies and investors.
Lead and mentor junior staff in financial modeling and data analysis.
