• Basic math skills and comfort with the metric system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete floors for full shifts.
• Strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Run auxiliary operations that support radius grinding, OD grinding, brazing, and finishing.
• Load and machine abrasive segments for accurate radius grinding.
• Wash, sandblast, and polish cores to production-ready condition.
• Assist with fixture loading on manual lasers.
• Transport materials and blades between work areas to maintain flow.
• Load, sharpen, mark, and mask blades ahead of finishing steps.
• Hang and remove blades from the paint line.
• Adhere to OSHA/EPA and company safety standards at all times.
