Job summary

Husqvarna Construction North America in Columbia, SC seeks a production teammate to set up and run automated radius-grinding, laser-welding, sharpening, and exposure-grinding for segmented diamond blades. You’ll select tooling, configure machine settings, and prep equipment for scheduled orders.

Responsibilities include inspecting segments and welds, documenting quality results, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation while following PPE standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid basic math skills and comfort with metric units.
• Meticulous attention to detail and consistency with established procedures.
• Reliable, team-first mindset.
• Preferred: experience with CNC equipment, micrometers, torque wrenches, laser welding, or diamond-tool manufacturing.
