Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, seeks an ABMS test specialist to perform Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation and Certification activities across CBC2, TOC-L, AC, and related DI programs. You will coordinate with Government representatives and stakeholders, conduct data collection, and analyze results to deliver MOE/MOP driven assessments.

Role requires Doctorate/Master’s or Bachelor’s with significant relevant exp., active Secret clearance (Top Secret ability), and

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctorate or a Master’s degree and at least 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience.
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial planning to final report.
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct document reviews of requirements sources to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), EF and DSM, and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) WIPT meetings.
• Serve as primary point of contact coordinating all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution, including data collection during test.
• Analyze test results turning data into MOP/MOE-driven results aligning to the AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments and risk assessments.
