A Day in the Life
As an ABM Strategist, you will support the Director of Account Based Marketing in building, running, and optimizing account‑based programs across Power Digital’s B2B portfolio. You will manage daily operations in tools like 6Sense and Demandbase, maintain target account lists, monitor intent signals, and ensure accurate campaigns and reporting so the Director can focus on strategy and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continuously refine target account lists, tiering, and scoring models in 6Sense and Demandbase.
- Monitor intent data and account engagement signals daily; flag movement and surface insights to the Director of ABM before they become client questions.
- Support the Director of ABM in developing ABM audits, playbooks, and GTM plans for clients.
- Translate account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs and targeting inputs for Paid Media, Paid Social, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams.
- Coordinate with channel teams to confirm account‑based campaigns are executing against the intended tiering and messaging strategy.
- Own ABM reporting and dashboards; track pipeline influenced/sourced, account engagement, and movement through funnel stages.
- Support cross‑agency collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, PR, Influencer, and CRO to keep ABM campaigns unified.
- Assist Revenue and Appraisal teams with account and market research for new and expanded business opportunities.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize ABM processes and reporting.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s nova ecosystem as it relates to ABM strategy and reporting.
- Join client calls and discovery discussions to represent ABM performance and platform data; build toward leading these independently.
Role Requirements
- Hands‑on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or an equivalent ABM/intent data platform.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM, in‑house or in‑agency.
- Comfortable working with core B2B MarTech such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering, with a desire to explore deeper strategy.
- Strong analytical skills; able to pull and interpret data independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate platform data into actionable insights for channel leads or clients.
- Organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage account data and reporting across multiple clients concurrently.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative, with confidence to flag issues or opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Agency experience valued but not required.

- Net MRR across the B2B ABM / Strategy portfolio.
- Delivery of all work within agreed‑upon deadlines.
- Accuracy and freshness of account tiering, scoring, and intent data across assigned clients.
