Job summary

Insperity in Houston is seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a temporary Agency position. You will support day-to-day execution of Account Based Marketing and other go-to-market programs in Salesforce, handling data uploads, routing, and data quality.

The role offers exposure to Marketing, Sales analytics and data operations, with opportunities to learn across teams while maintaining CRM data integrity and supporting marketing governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related work experience.
• Experience with marketing, sales, analytics or data management is helpful but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing-generated lead, contact and account creation, uploads and routing in Salesforce.
• Operationalize audiences and account/contact lists for ABM and go-to-market programs.
• Monitor lead and account routing and address assignment delays or exceptions.
• Support lead, funnel and SLA reporting to enable marketing-to-sales visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops and field teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data quality through routine audits and cleanups.
• Assist with data movements between Salesforce and integrated marketing technologies.
