Job summary

FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking an experienced ABA Training Manager to lead clinical training for instructors and mentor new team members. You’ll model ABA skills, provide feedback, and serve as a go-to clinical resource as the center grows.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ABA experience, passion for teaching, and strong communication and organizational skills to help develop the next generation of FirstSteps clinicians.

Great care starts with great people. As the Regional Training Manager of our Redondo Beach center, you’ll help shape those people from day one.

We’re looking for an experienced ABA professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and helping others build confidence in their clinical skills. You’ll lead hands-on training for new Instructors, model ABA skills, provide feedback and encouragement, and be a go-to clinical resource as new team members begin their FirstSteps journey.
