FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in California seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related learning differences. You will work with teachers, parents, and BCBAs to implement intervention plans and help children reach milestones.

Our new team members earn a starting clinical wage of $23 - $25 per hour depending on experience. Our Instructors are also eligible to earn multiple wage increases throughout the year.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child‑sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance.
