Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting in Crystal Lake, IL. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision while building skills through play and positive presence.

You’ll track progress with ABA technology and prepare for your RBT certification within the first 45 days, with strong mentorship and a clear career pathway toward leadership and BCBA advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Ability to physically assist and engage children during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under BCBA supervision with individualized plans.
• Engage children through play and connection to support learning.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Prepare for and pursue RBT certification within 45 days.
