Caravel Autism Health in Holmen, Wisconsin is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have autism, in a center-based setting.

You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under supervision, build skills through play, track progress with ABA technology, and prepare for your RBT certification within 45 days. This role offers training, mentorship, and a clear clinical career pathway.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Reliable and compassionate, patient with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under BCBA supervision per treatment plans.
• Build child skills through play and positive interactions.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Prepare for the RBT certification exam within 45 days.
