First Day ABA Therapy administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in accordance with the client’s treatment plan and under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.

The role involves collaborating with families and BCBAs, collecting data, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring safe environments across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required or preferred.
• Active RBT status with BACB or state registry where required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with auto insurance and CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD in home, school, community, or clinical settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA/BCaBA with fidelity and thorough documentation.
• Collect data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Maintain confidential, timely documentation in line with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BT/RBTs, family caregivers and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
• Promote safety for clients and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
