Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior modification, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the care team.

The role requires a willingness to obtain RBT certification, a 40-hour RBT training if not already completed, and reliable transportation to Randolph, VT locations. Training is provided for the credentialing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training (training provided if not completed).
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plan and document services accurately.
• Update availability in EMR and communicate changes to Client Advocate.
