Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Doraville, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent care in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of ABA and ASD support principles
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents in therapeutic activities
• Experience in behavioral health or special education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress with data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for consistent behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in ADLs and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA techniques.
