Big Dreamers ABA in Griffin, GA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to measure progress, while supporting families in applying strategies consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.

• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent use of strategies.
• Maintain accurate client progress and medical records.
